Has anyone ever stayed at NY NY in Vegas? Any comments or advice on the hotel?

I stayed at NYNY a long time ago when it first opened. It is a nice hotel. I won't speak much to the hotel, as it may have changed since it opened, but it's a good location. SportsBook is decent, there is an ESPN Zone, and the casino is good.

Not sure what else you are looking for. What are you looking for in a Vegas hotel?

Well I'm always traveling to Vegas and I try to stay at different hotels each time I go. I've never stayed at NY NY but rode the coaster which has a 144 ft drop. My last visit to Vegas I saw a show called Zumanity (edgy and provacative) inside NY NY. When it comes to hotels, I look to be the in the center of the action. If you go back to NY NY, since you haven't been in a long time, check out Zumanity and the ladies of Coyote Ugly.

NY NY has smallish rooms for a hotel on the strip.

It is middle of the road (or less) as far as strip hotels go.

I have been to NYNY in the last year, but I have not stayed there.

Given the fact that you have been there, I have no idea what type of opinion you wanted.

I've never been in the rooms. I've only been in the casino area for the show and the ride. That is as far as I've gotten.

Monte Carlo is nice. I saw the Lance Burton magic show there about a year ago.

One thing I will say about NYNY is its simplicity. When I walk through the casino and shopping area, I know what the stores and restaurants are. If I want a quick slice of pizza...I know where to go. I can tell what kind of food a place serves just by looking at it. I don't have to wonder if I'll like the restaurant or not.
