I need to live in Boston or Cambridge close enough to a subway station from mid-June through mid-September. The cheapest accomodation -- room w/ attached bath -- I could find charges $80/day. This is at a B&B. I'd be content with accomodation, clean & safe, for $50/day considering the extended period. I'm agreeable to renting in a private home, as well. Looking forward to hearing back!!

there are definite cheaper places to live. one option to consider is subletting. plenty of college students are gone during that time. check out the newspaper. www.ecola.com I lived there and worked for one year at a volunteer organization known as City Year. (617)927-2500. They have a daily newsletter they put out to everyone at the organization that they might be able to put your information into.

best of luck
