hi, I am planning to book flights for the USA about 4 months apart, although I'll probably visit Mexico some of this time. Anyway is a stay of more than 90 days allowed, will I likely encounter any problems on entry? Im a UK passport holder. Thanks for help!

i'm pretty sure you are allowed 90 days in a 6 month period and must have proof of onward travel.

I'm also fairly certain that as part of the Visa Waiver program British Nationals are allowed to stay in the USA for a total of 90 days within a six month period. I'm not sure visiting Mexico or Canada would stop the days from continuing to count towards the 90. As the rules are open to change at any time I would take a look at the following website or call them to know for sure.

I'm an English citizen living in the USA with a permanent residency card so I know how tricky these matters can sometimes be.
