Hey does anyone know of an english speaking university in Agrentina? I've search and searched but cant find one. I'm on exchnage right now in The Netherlands but I want to also do a semester in Argentina because I'm in love with the place. Buenos Aires would be best..

The University of Belgrano does.

Does this not depend on your course of studies? If you study economy, culture...every university should offer english courses and the staff speaks english too.
Try to go to the websites of UK or US universities and look for their partner universities. Mostly these ones speak english and if you're not sure you can write a simple mail to the office and ask.

However, you shouldn't base your decision on the language but the university's reputation and courses. International well-known universities do all speak English (maybe 1 or 2 exeptions)

www.braintrack.com has links to universities by country throughout the world...you would have to search through each university to see which ones/which programs have English.
