I'll let the elephant out of the zoo...we're going to be doing some member awards within the next few weeks and we'd like to include the 'best of' for stories.

I've already selected 5, but I'm looking for some more possible nominations. You can list them here, or email me, or send me a PM, but please do it by Nov. 13. They must have been published in 2005. See the bottom of the article for publish dates.

They can be anything that is classified under 'travel story'. This includes adventure stories and travel stories. It does not include: theme guides, nutz and bolts or things to see and do articles.

Since we are a junta, we will be choosing the list of finalists, but I am interested in hearing some thoughts. I strongly suggest giving reasons why you think this story is one of the top ten we published this year when you nominate it. You can nominate more than one, but please do it in one post/email/PM.

O-K - now I'm looking for ones that aren't story, but have an informational slant (destination and theme guides). Hurrry, hurry - they need to be in by the end of the week (18) so I can announce them on Monday!
