BootsnAll Travel Community

BootsnAll has a writing opportunity that may appeal to some of you. As many of you probably know, BootsnAll has some destination & theme-specific travel guide sites (aka the Logues), while BootsnAll itself remains focused on being a community for independent travelers.

We're looking to find people who are interested in contributing something to these travel guides on a voluntary basis. Whether this means a one-time deal, or something on a regular basis, is up to you. This can be a great way to write about a place you know and love, have your work seen, and begin establishing your style while building your travel-writing credentials.

Single submissions will get a byline and a link at the bottom, and for those contributors with more regular submissions we'll list you on the site's "about" page.

At this time, we're really trying to focus on the existing sites. For a list of those, look under the words Go Local in the bottom-left quadrant of the BootsnAll home page, or for a slightly longer list, check out the bottom right corner of any of the existing logue sites, like Italylogue, for example.

A few that aren't on the list are Hong Kong, Edinburgh, RTW travel & Hostelling in general. We also may have other countries coming up in the near future, so if you have another place in mind, let us know.
