It is much better than it looks. They can throw some water in there with you also if you want, which makes it pretty slippery (if you ask, they might put soap also). I've done it in a few places, but Rotorua is the best.

I did it with water, me and my girlfriend thrown in. Although it was a laugh, it didn't last long. That was in the tropics of Swanage.

Wow, that looks like some crazy fun.

**It's just like the story of the grasshopper and the octopus. All year long, the grasshopper kept burying acorns for the winter, while the octopus mooched off his girlfriend and watched TV. But then the winter came, and the grasshopper died, and the octopus ate all his acorns. And also he got a racecar. Is any of this getting through to you?**

Me and my best mate did it in December on the Gold Coast (Oz) and totally loved it - spent the entire day laughing about it...

i admit it. i watched the videos on the zorbing website. looks fun, but with water thrown in it looks pretty damn boring. i like the zero gravity approach. mixed reviews, sounds like. hey, who brings that heavy thing back up the hlil afterwars?

Supposedly, they're setting up Zorbing locations in Thailand. They've already got a corporate office in Bangkok.

When I was a kid, my neighbor's dad equipped a truck tire with a couple of safety bars on the side and turned it over to the under twelve crowd. 'Twas much fun, until the gr'ups caught us rolling John David Grigsby across the railroad track and took it away....
