Has anyone ever rented an apt. in Sharjah? I need a budget place for 2 weeks in January '08. A furnished apt. or low cost hotel in or near Sharjah will do the trick. We are a married couple - that does seem to matter in this neck of the woods - who are filming a small documentary. Also, has anyone brought camera equipment into the UAE? We are travelling pretty light with a couple of cameras, mics & a tripod. Is this an issue? Thanks all.
