I have used them several times. One of the best airlines in the world. Highly recommended.

My parents lived in Turkey for five years and flew TA about every two weeks. Completely fine and normal airline.

Service is good but the leg room will have you gnawing on your knee caps!

I flew on Turkish Airlines in December of last year... Istanbul to Bangkok. It was the only airline that offered a direct flight. AND I booked late and still got a great deal (only US$500), although I booked while in Turkey... I don't know if that matters. I thought the airline was fantastic! All the same luxuries of other international airlines. And I had a front row seat so leg room wasn't an issue.

VERY GOOD airline! the service is polite and food is good. a bad point is that you have to wait ( many times) many hours in their airport- expensive shopping mall like waiting area.
