Is it possible to enter nablus at this point? I've heard conflicting answers from people around jerusalem, so i'm wondering if anyone has had experience in the last week or two actually getting in, or knows of any resources that would possibly let me know.

Yes, it's possibly. It depends on the soldiers at the checkpoint on how easy it is to get in. Sometimes they like to spend an hour telling you how dangerous it is. Ultimately, they let me in.
Take the bus from the Damascus gate bus area. If there's not a direct one, go to Calandia and switch.
