Sorry for asking info about work in different countries, but I am checking for 3 countries that interest me, and let fate decide which of them will be my next destination...

Does anyone know of any international workplaces in Istanbul? I would prefer a callcenter as I have 3 years experience in this industry, however other international companies are also fine. Teaching is not really my thing, I'm afraid...

I also got in touch with two callcenters, but one of them had no vacancies (Siemens) and the other one offered a salary of only 1200 Turkish Lira per month which apparently (as per expats in Turkey that I contacted) is not sufficient to live without financial worries.

Does anyone know any other Istanbul/Turkish callcenters or companies recruiting multilingual speakers?

hey there..

I am living in istanbul and my girlfriend is an english teacher. So, we have a wide range of foreign teacher friends here(which appereantly seems 95% of english speaking buddies is in teaching business). the thing is, istanbul is a big city and there are lots of universities here, which is bringing us to a conclusion that hundreds of english speaking students are working in callcenters. I strongly recommend you to get involved in teaching. Because, all the foreign people here earn great with that. but if you say you want something else, here's a adress for you, just write "call center" in to the box where you see "native english". this will give you an idea.

you
