Too often lumped in with North America, Mexico is a country that stands out on its own.

From Dec /Jan 14/15 we start a round the world trip for 6 months maybe a bit longer and which will probably be our last rtw.
At some point we will arrive in Mexico on our way back to the UK. We love snorkeling and this will be a big part of this trip.
We intend visiting the coast in Mexico to do some from the beach and I wondering if any members could recommend and provide detailed information on towns and areas where it would be great to visit.

We are in Egypt at the moment in Sharm el sheikh on the Red Sea and the snorkeling is fantastic.

I'm an ex-Londoner living in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Unfortunately the snorkeling here can not compare to the Caribbean side, although we have many other attributes ;) You need somewhere around the Yucatan. Good Luck.
