I will be traveling to the grand canyon, arriving in the late afternoon on March 20th, and departing the morning of the 23rd. So 3 nights total, about 2 days to explore. Staying in a lodge at the south rim. Anyone have suggestions, should we do a walking tour, smooth water rafting trip ? And which is best to see as far as Bryce canyon, zion and antelope canyon? Definitely wont have time for all. (One person in my group is not comfortable with flying in small air crafts/white water rapids, so i'm trying to work around that as well). Any information is appreciated!

Bright Angel trail on the south rim is absolutely beautiful and one of the best hikes I've ever done. If you can, get a permit and do the entire trail, which goes from rim down to the Colorado River. It is an overnight trip at the minimum so you'll have to camp at the base. It's well worth the time and energy!

We spent two days at the Grand Canyon a few years ago. There are plenty of hikes you can do. We had a whiny kid so we didn't take any of the walks down into the canyon but just walking along the rim is pretty fine scenery too. If you are looking for good food you won't find much in the park itself but just outside in the town there was a pretty good mexican restaurant that I found listed in Trip Advisor. Also we got picnic type food from the grocery store in the Grand Canyon. I bought one of the canvas bags there and I really enjoy shopping these days with my souvenir bag.
