Greece - Mykonos accomodation

Postby Umm... Cheese? » July 5th, 2008

I need a place to stay in Greece, Mykonos island. I have looked at Paradise Beach Resort which looks really good and cheap but they are all booked up. I need it for the 8th untill the 12th of August. Does anyone know of anywhere I can stay, for cheap?? I dont mind just rolling out my sleeping bag under a shaded/covered area, I have heard of these places but cant find any. PLEASE HELP!!

Have you tried couchsurfing?

Have you actually tried contacting Paradise Beach directly? That place is huge (though "really good" isn't how I would describe it), so I have a hard time believing that there's no more room at all. Possibly just no more room through one hostel booking site.

Unfortunately, in my searching, it was the only place remotely affordable that I could find on Mykonos. And the accommodation is passable, but certainly not stellar.
