Well hello there,
I've been a travel blogger for years under the pen name Ava Apollo but just started blogging on my own site, and stumbled across this 1000-1000 challenge.

It seems like everyone got started back in 2010, though. What can a newbie blogger do to reach the masses?

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks guys ;)

Blog often. At set times if you can. Have a twitter account and facebook that points people to your stuff. But not only your stuff as people get board of constant self promotion.

Comment on other people's blogs. Link with people with the same interests as you.

Google this too, a ton of bloggers have written about how to get more readers :)

Follow me on twitter that always helps I'm sure @danteharker :)
Living on Gili Air - a small island thousands of miles from home - running a small dive shop called Karang Divers http://www.karangdivers.com - want to come for a dive?
