I'll be heading to Hanoi + Sapa + Halong Bay in June.. one thing I would like is the overnight sleepers on board the train to Lao Cai from Hanoi.. however the vietnam tourism board says it should cost abt 15-20 USD and my prebooked hotel wants to charge me USD29... a small fee but double the price is a ripoff.. anyway, just wondering, if there is a cheaper way to book the train tickets, and in advance if possible from my location in Singapore..
