This morning on NPR, there was an interview with Anthony Doerr about his new book, Four Seasons in Rome: On Twins, Insomnia and the Biggest Funeral in the History of the World. The excerpts he read left me just breathless.

That was really really good. And I'm surprised how little dialog he used. Great imagery. I think I need this book.
