Just keeping this on top. One of the most inspiring pieces ever. I sometimes play "Nara" in the car and do my own behind-the-eyes travelogue.

Wasn't anyone inspired by the dancing guy? He danced his way across the world. It's poetic, entertaining, possibly tragic. What else do you want? Dance, dancing guy...dance.

Thank you.

Yeah I thought everyone was just being a bit crazy when they talked about the tingles, but I got them too!!!

Maybe it has something to do with the movement and the music... or maybe it just that damn good :-)

I CAN'T WAIT FOR MY TRIP!!!!!

This is a great video...

I am in the middle of planning a RTW trip and I just got a really good job offer so I'm in the middle of a do I stay or do I go dilemma, this video is starting to sway me!

I love Matt Harding's video. However, if you read his blog you'll find out that he didn't get to spend a whole lot of time doing anything but dancing the second time around.

Dancing Matt has been inspiring me a lot. And then I saw him on TV last week and I knew it was a sign...time to get out and join in the world party =)

Lest this becomes a Erik vs Matt debate.. I love LOVE Erik's video the best, I love the music (I always get a little weepy when I hear it.. I know I so emo), I love his photos.. plus he was a great traveller.. Liked the way he interacted with the locals and travellers, always keeping his sense of humour and his up-beat look on life. Matt's video, also like but not that much. His blog did turn me off a bit from the video. Not that I don't think he's a good guy but his negativity was rather annoying at times.

Gah.. I just watched Erik's video three times in a row.. I need to go climb a mountain now.

I have to agree with Cayce. I have watched both videos several times, bookmarked them etc. But I LOVE the music in Erik's!

I went and read some of Matt's blogs. i'd have to agree, he is a bit negative. What's the point of traveling if your just there to get the quick video and then go?
