Currently in Egypt and I've been sick for over 2 weeks. I caught a flu in China, got over the fever and coughing/sinus problems, but still have fatigue.
It comes and goes but sometimes when I go out, I get tired really quick. When I'm eating my mouth gets dry and I almost throw up trying to swallow. And I get dizzy when this happens.
Not sure what I should do right now. It seems to be improving slowly. I kind of don't trust the doctors where I am, and I don't want to waste a lot of money if it's going to get better. It's just a weird sickness I've never experienced before.

I'm sick

Sorry to hear it! It's a bummer being sick, especially when you're far from home. I hope you feel better.
I don't know what you have, but I vote for lots of rest and fluids.

See a doctor.
The worse that can happen is that they prescribe a common antibiotic and either it works or doesn't work. You don't want it turning into something far worse like walking pneumonia

When this happens to me I just slow down. I caught a cold right before I left Thailand. Thought I was pretty much over it, but now that I'm in India I feel like I'm improving a lot, lot more slowly. The health conditions here definitely aren't helping.
So over the last two weeks I've really only been in two cities, Mumbai and Aurangabad. When I don't feel well I just hole up in my room, read, watch movies, write postcards/letters I've been putting off...
There's pressure that I'm wasting my time, and I've only got so many days on my India visa, but if I feel like shit, I'm really not going to appreciate what I'm seeing anyway. On good days I force myself out of the room to sightsee. Otherwise I'm okay on catching up with House.
Maybe your fatigue is just caused by... fatigue! Hauling ass around the world isn't exactly bricklaying, but it can still be exhausting. Next time you're somewhere that you trust the doctors, check one out. I'm doing the same with a toothache (sometimes sinus pressure makes my fillings hurt, other times it's a cavity. Where I'm at now I don't really trust the doctors either.)
