coke: i went for the convieance store price. more than a market, but much less than a pub.

t-shirt: yes, touristy souvenir. Like with a flag or city name on it, will fall apart in two months, etc.

transport: are there not even daily passes?

Airport: brussels makes sense to me.

Nope. So I counted 1 10-ride pass and 4 rides paid to the driver.

Another thing: do the meals include a drink?

I had one mineral water with my meal. Booz is to problematic.

Sounds like a fair enough transportation estimate. Smile Looking forward to your Antwerp numbers...going there in December. Big Grin

If Vancouver is $555, Toronto's numbers sound really low.

I sent in Antwerp last weekend. Somewhere between Lisbon and Vienna, as was to be expected. I didn't explain why anywhere, though I could if anyone wants to know.

Hi Michelle, Stoo, everyone...

should Michelle sub wine for beer, for Paris? 7 glasses of wine?

I think the point of our picking beer is that it's the cheap alcohol. But if wine is the cheapie alcohol in a region, it should be priced that way, I think.

I've always thought the London numbers were a bit low, but since I've never been there *as a tourist* I kept my mouth shut. Me thinks we should leave beer in. If the item was 'get drunk cheap' then we could be talking about hard booz, a single box of wine to go the week, etc.
