Looking 4 inspirational blog
ChefKat
Could somebody point me in the direction of a good blog. I'm looking to read about a single woman's year or so solo trip RTW. I've searched some online but havn't found quite the right one to inspire me. Any suggestions?

I did six months solo if you're interested, blog linked below.
And when it comes to a solo woman traveler I always liked http://me-go.net/ but that site seems temporarily down right now unfortunately

Is there something you haven't told us, Matt?
Haha. Just teasing! Like Matt, I'd recommend our own blog, too. It's focuses less on inspiration and more on preparation, but you might find it useful. Check it out here. It's not written from the perspective of a woman but, rather, a couple. Regardless, all of the information is pretty applicable regardless of sex!
Moreover, we're putting together a pretty comprehensive list of travel blogs. Check 'em out here.

Here's a few that come to mind as maybe being what you're looking for:
Legal Nomads: http://www.legalnomads.blogspot.com/
Around the World "L": http://www.aroundtheworldl.com/
Ottsworld: http://www.ottsworld.com/
All of those are women traveling alone around the world. And all are really fun blogs to read. Don't get me wrong, Matt is inspirational and stuff too

Like Shawn, I like these too — especially Jodi Ettenberg's 'Legal Nomads' — she's written extensively about Asia. Good stuff.

Hi Matt, since you've been traveling for 3 years now, how much of your funding for your adventurous lifestyle is due to your blog? Any other sidelines (ESL, programming jobs, etc.) that you do? Please let me in on the secret. PM me if you want.
