making thumbnail photos

i know i'm supposed to be able to make photos appear as thumbnails, but whenever i upload a photo it only gives me the choices of: "full" or "text", how do i make it appear as a thumbnail? i'd rather have multiple small photos on my blog pages instead of large ones...

Does not sound like you're seeing what you should be seeing when uploading an image. I have attached a copy of what you should see (and select) when trying to create a thumbnail image for your blog. If you're not seeing this, the image may be too small (or maybe even too big) for a thumbnail to be created, or could be corrupted somehow. Difficult to know.
