This thread doesn't have any tags.

You can still check out the tag index though.

What are tags?

...have they become a casualty of the new software upgrade or can we expect them to come back? Just curious...

Thanks, Stacey

good question. When we added google maps to bna travelblogs - it was a few years ago - and our implementation of it was one of the 1st out there using it.

Yes - we will do something and update this thread to let you know what the status is on maps. Thanks for the reminder!

In the last few months, Google has made it really easy to embed maps into webpages. In fact, if you make a kml file in Google Earth, you can have that embedded as easy as you could a youtube video.

I've been trying to use google maps to embed a map onto my blog. But all I see is a link saying " View Larger Image" which takes you to the google site. No map.
Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Try adding that map code again, Jennifer. It should work now.

The code type was not in our allowed list of tags that could be used in a blog post but I have added them now.

I have made a map in Google Earth of my last trip but can not seem to link it to my blog. Could some one please explain how to do this to a computer challenged :? 60+ year old? Would like to post an ongoing map of my upcoming RTW.
