MAR Tours - Guide Recommendation?

Hi,

I'm leaning towards going with MAR Tours & Safari for a 7 day trek on the Machame route. A recent posting by SAPMonkey sounds like he had a good experience with them. If any others care to chime in, both positive and negative, please feel free. I noticed there were "raves" about specific guides in the forums, does anyone have a particular guide from MAR Tours that they would recommend? Thanks!
