Missing Canadian Backpacker - Please read

Postby innercitykitty » May 8th, 2007

Hello

I don't know Nicole Vienneau, but her brother is looking for her. She was last sighted/heard from in Hama in Syria at the Hotel Cairo at the end of March.

Please look at this website, and e-mail her brother if you know anything or have anyone who might be able to assist him.

Bumpbumpbump

I've been keeping up with the daily journals since this post first appeared a month ago. What this man has gone through looking for his sister, the sacrifice's he's made, the ends of the earth he's searched. One hopes for all his determination and work and dedication and love, right will prevail......

Bumping this to the top of the folder in hopes some new eyes will read this.

Mods, is it possible to keep this thread stuck at the top for a while?

No, but he did just post the hotel lists of people who were staying at her hotels and may know something. They're asking everyone to check the list to see if you may know someone there. Just go to http://vienneau.livejournal.com/39588.html. They list the names and home countries of each guest (one hotel actually lists the dates of birth). Please check to see if you might know one of the guests (or volunteer to search the web to see if you can find them).

It might be a good idea to send her photo to blogers from the area so they can put it on their site and send email too.
