Need some EXpat/NGO help about Sudan?

Hi All,

I am a student in Toronto Canada doing his Post Diploma in International Development. Im doing a project for my Operations course about Sudan.I am having some problems finding some very fundamental information if you have any knowledge or perspectives on the following it would be very much appreciated?

Do you know a good site or resource to look up Office rental information, including prices and procedure?
As well is their a web site I could look up general furnishings? Just so I can have accurate figures for my budget?
*If you are an NGO or employee of another profession did you have any problems opening a bank account? any interesting or important steps you could tell me about?
*If your Family is living with you do you have children enrolled in school? Or do they have to go to a near by country?

Any information on databases, websites, organization or experiences you have had that you think is important please let me know!
