I realize this is a very specific question but on the off chance someone can help me I am gonna throw it out there.
I am interested in getting a new tat in May before flying out of Panama City. Does anyone know of a good, quality, affordable, clean tattoo parlor/artist... and happen to have some contact info or an address?
I have come up with very little from searching online, so now I am just asking around. Any suggestions would be appreciated
