For anyone going through Bangkok... contact were super cheap there and I was able to stock up on them and the solution. There is a whole road filled with optomotrists just off of one of the main shopping roads.

If you take contacts, take a pair of glasses in case you get an infection.

I went to spain, got bad conjunctivitis (green snot was oozing from my eye) and couldn't see anything for the last several days of the trip because I didn't bring glasses.

I also wear daily disposable lenses...I just try to take way way more than i could possibly need and guard the lens bag with my life.

My eyes are -7.5 so i'm pretty screwed if something happens.
