Me and a group of mates are going to Cabo for sring break and was after some info on where are good places to stay.
Hotels/resorts/smaller hotels with character??
How close to the centre of town?
Just some general hints and tips.

Hi, I actually went to Cabo on my honeymoon and loved it. We stayed at Hotel Finisterra, aptly named because it literally is at the very tip of the peninsula. The hotel is very nice, very comfortable, but there definitely are fancier, pricier places nearby - if that's what you're looking for. Finisterra has tons of beach-front access but there's no swimming in the ocean. The pool is huge and it even has a swim-up bar (loved that!) Finisterra is in a great location - about a 10 minute walk down the hill into town to the restaurants and bars.

Hope this helps... have a great time!
