Hi,
I am trying to find the best place to learn to scuba dive in Bali. I would like a beautiful place to dive. I would also like somewhere that is relaxed, beautiful local scenery, and just a great place to hang out since I will be there for a few days. Any recommendations?
Thank you!
P.S also - if anyone could tell me how much a PADI openwater certification would be roughly that would be GREAT

Here's a diving in Bali page from the WhyGo Bali site. That should get you started in the right direction and there are links to other resources from that page.
