China/Hong Kong August 8
I am flying into Hong Kong on August 8 and will spend a week or so there getting my visa. I then plan to spend three-four weeks traveling around China (seeing east coast and Yangtze river but I am also open to other ideas) before heading off to Tibet and Nepal. I am looking for a traveling companion(s). Please let me know it anyone is interested.

I will be in Hong Kong for a week or so and then visit a friend in a town (I forget the name) right across the border. I plan to be in Chengdu by September 12 to meet up with someone else for a trip to Tibet and then overland to Nepal. We are looking for other people to join us on that trip as renting a 4WD to Nepal is one set price and the more people you split it between the cheaper. Are you interested? If you are still in Hong Kong, we could meet up to visit for a little while and see if any of our plans link up. I had planned to go to Shanghai after the Hong Kong border town Gangzhou or something like that and then on to Bejeing and Xian (Terra Cotta soldiers). Possibly see the big new dam. I am open though. My really only must see is the Great Wall of course. I also want to visit Shanghai for a day or so just to say hi to some friends. As I said we could meet in Hong Kong and discuss it. Let me know.
