I need to enter China via Vietnam, then travel to Japan, then back into china to catch my flight back home from Hong Kong (unless anyone can find me a flight for under 150 GBP, but i've no luck).

Is it possible to get a double entry tourist visa in Hanoi Vietnam? How long is this valid for. I guess i'll be in china for 2 weeks then japan for 3 then china for another 2--3 weeks.

Whats the price in vietnam & time req (I guess 3 days?). Can I pick it up later than 3 days, ie goto Ha Long Bay, then pick it up later in Hanoi.
