I'm travelling the world in August and have budgeted £7000 for a year.

How much do you think it will cost me to live in Australia and New Zealand per day? I can then budget slightly better!


South America £15/$27 x 120days = £2400/$4366
New Zea,Australia £30/$55 x 60 days = £1800/$3273
Asia £15/$27 x 180days = £2700/$4910

Total = £6900/$12,550


Do you think this would be about right, I will be living in hostels and hopefully peoples houses. Eating mainly in street stalls etc....

Hopefully I will have enough for exursions along the way to.
