BnA Xmas Party Day Trip

Postby Tracy Ann » October 7th, 2008

For all of those looking for something to start the party early on Saturday, CrackerJillian has been kind enough to figure out a Brewery Tour Itinerary for us!

The first stop is going to be 11.00 am Widmer for a tour. Then we'll grab some lunch and head over a few other breweries and bars. We'll try to be done by 4 or 5 so that everyone has time for a disco nap before the party, but people can always head back to the hostel or wherever they're staying early, if needed.

We need to make a reservation for Widmer, so I need a head count ASAP. Post back here and let us know if you're down Smile

I wouldn't want Stoo to be alone with a bunch of drunk girls, so put me down as a yes as well.
Hmm, I guess this means I am going to PDX after all.

I'm going to call Widmer back on Friday, so try to RSVP by then, beer lovin' kids. Hopefully they'll be able to accommodate us!

I'm excited to see you guys! (And finally meet you AJV!)

Put me down as a solid maybe Smile Last minute party prep duties may keep me from it, but I'll try to be there. I doubt Widmer will care if I sneak in under somebody's coat. And if they do, the White Eagle is just across the street.

Try to gloat about your newfound, warm weather life all you want, but we'll drink enough not to notice. We've got it down to a science.

So, I've got:

Tracy Ann
Stoo
BostonBill
Llalewyn
Callilucy
BillE
travelgirltiff +1
Hydro (ish)

And I put out word to DangerMode since he's rarely on the boards...Any other takers? Speak now or forever hold your peas.

That's right; science has proven that there is, indeed, a heater at the bottom of every glass.

I'm looking forward to this event -- though it is too bad that static isn't on the list -- I was hoping to learn more about the Boots Bims. Do they have t-shirts? A secret handshake? A club house?
