In the last fifteen to twenty years, two new events have finally reached Ireland. Those are immigration and alongside it, racism.

This has changed in the early nineties, when Ireland experienced a major economic thrust, salary increased and more jobs were created.

With the rise of racism in Ireland, anti-immigrant groups and political parties have also developed.
But there are very organized groups as Residents Against Racism that works with immigrants and oppose state racism and anti fascist action.

It is rest assured that they are not racists but we look forward to a harmonious society accepting all and common values.
