Our Cost of Travel in Cambodia

Figure out the best place to stay on Khao San Road in Bangkok and where to escape when you've had enough of the mayhem. From Singapore Slings to the changes in Bejing after the 2008 Olympics, gab about it all here.

Our Cost of Travel in Cambodia

Postby jenstew » January 15th, 2009

My husband and I just spent 30 days traveling through Cambodia. We hit up a bunch of the major cities including doing the Angkor thing. We spent $38.93 average per day for a couple. To avoid a lengthy copy and paste, if you'd like the break down of about what things cost (food, sites, lodging, etc), you can visit our blog at http://livingspree.wordpress.com/2009/01/13/budget-wise-cambodia/ . If you have and questions, let me know and we'll try to answer them.

Thanks for the info.I am planning a trip to Siem Reap.I would be worried about the safety of the hotels at $10 USD a night.I was looking at some cheap hotels at the link below

http://www.resorthotel.net/cambodia/hot ... cation.htm

They quoted me some reasonable prices.
