Hey all!

My name is Naomi, and I am 24 year old receiving my Bachelors of Fine Arts (after 5.5 years) in studio arts/art history this December. My heart and head are curious of life after university, so I have begun my planning and saving for a great adventure! Even though I studied in Florence, Italy for eight months during 2006-2007 academic year, I have been itching to return.

This is my tentative, soon to be solid plan (after visas and finances are settled):

*Leave Monday February 8th from Minneapolis, MN for Dublin, Ireland. Here I will WWOOF (http://www.wwoof.org) for a few weeks, head to Belfast, down to Galway, Cork, and back around ending early April.

*I will then stop in Italy for two weeks or so to see friends, travel, possibly WWOOF.

*After Italy, I will head to England for a week-weekend to see friends. From London, I will be leaving on the Trans-Siberian Rail-Way in May until September or so. I want to make pit stops, couchsurf, explore, etc... and wouldn't mind a buddy for some or all of this journey.

My original travel buddy backed out last March, and I have been seriously planning and saving since. If you're interested-- awesome! Let me know, but this is a for sure thing for me.... and for anyone who decides to come along.

Where does Trans-siberian begin ? I thought it started in Moscow and ended in Vladivostok.
