Can we do it on $20 a day each?

Postby aussiegirl » November 14th, 2009

My boyfriend and I are travelling around the Yorke Peninsula, just for a week, maybe a little more.
Is it possible for us to do it for $20 a day each, (ie $40 for the two of us) while not being totally deprived? We're camping, and campsites in caravan parks (ie with toilets. Because I need them, okay?) seem to be about $18-25 a night. Then we'd need food, and touristy things too I guess. Or am I being totally unrealistic?
