recommended photo resizer?

Hi all-

Can anyone recommend a good, free photo resizer? I can't remember what I was using for my blog before and I see the sticky thread about pictures recommends Pixenate but that doesn't appear to exist anymore?

I would ideally like I one I could download to my netbook so I could resize when off-line. Any recommendations?

There's also ShrinkPictures, which also has a batch editing product that may work for your desktop.

And there's a multitude of other options here.

I use Picasa from google for almost everything. Love it!

If all I'm doing is resizing then sometimes I'll go to Faststone Image Viewer.

Both are free. I'm using a netbook too and have had no troubles with either. Sorry I didn't link, but you should be able to find them with a quick search.
