salmon fish cakes
2 med sweet potato's
2 small pieces of filet salmon
3 med scotch bonnet peppers
fresh garlic i just use lazy garlic
curry paste or podwer
chili olive oil
breadcrumbs mixed with black pepper/sea salt/parsley/paprika/
heat oven to 180
wash the salmon well,steam on hob in a little water,or cook in oven for 15 mins max
peel and cut small ,sweet potato/boil for 15 min
mix well ,the breadcrumb mixture with your garlic and sliced scott bonnet peppers,add soya sauce,tea spoon of curry paste,2 tablespoons of ketchup,and a
swig of chili oil.
when both potato and salmon are cooked,mash potato untill smooth,and salmon untill flakey.Bind the two together, then add rest of the breadcrumb mixture.
take a oven dish,and make your mixture into burger size fishcakes,and place in dish.
oven oven for 15 mins,you can also deep fry if you wish.
