I need to catch a shuttle from Nairobi to Arusha on Dec. 15. We are staying at the Parkside Hotel b/c both shuttle companies depart from next door -- Impala and Riverside. We need to make sure to depart on that specific date as we have a safari planned and are meeting family in Arusha.

Riverside has online booking. Has anyone had any luck using that? From what I understand reservations are not always set in stone.
