St Thomas, St Kitts, St Maarten, Barbados, St Lucia

My girlfriend and I are going on a cruise to the above listed islands for a full day each. We have decided to not do the excursions offered by the Cruise line and would like to do our own thing. I have heard from some others that getting around these islands via public bus is safe, cheap and fairly efficient...

I am looking for recommendations on any must sees on these islands...We have from about 8am to about 4PM...beaches to visit, cafes, restaurants, look out points...we are not interested in the hiking adventure type stuff...any help would be great...we are going in april so still have some time to figure out each of our days...

We definitely want to snorkel and see some of these beaches for a little R & R...
