suka beach inn?

Has anyone stayed here before? I am going to Bali in July for 3 weeks .. I know it's a budget place. So I am not expecting luxuries.
Just would like to know if it is clean and otherwise decent.
Also, is it worth getting an AC room. I know it will the dry season so I think the a fan would do, but I want to be sure.
