Travel Logistics

So a big thanks to everyone that helped me narrow down a few undecided locations and what to see...that leaves a few final loose ends to tie up before this trip is pretty much set.

I plan on leaving India, most likely flying out of Mumbai or Delhi. From there, I'm not sure the best (most cost effective) place to head next.

Places I absolutely want to see:

Georgia and Armenia

Syria (although not sure about the current situation)
Israel
Jordan
Egypt (this isn't a MUST)

Ethiopia
Zanzibar

Plan on making it to Morocco before heading to Europe to finish up the RTW trip.

Based on the 7 locations above...what would be the best way of doing this?
