Like this, you mean?

Heck, it even has a nice clip to attatch it to your pack with. Yum.

I take a Towelini with me on most trips. I got it from www.towelini.com. It's like a regular bath towel but it has straps that also allow you to wear it as a dress. It comes in handy when bathroom facilities are shared. It can also be used as a beach cover up. I even used it as a nightgown once when I (doh!) forgot to bring one.
