Hey All

I wanted to see what kind of photos you have taken in your travels that tell a story, or inspire you in some way.

My contribution is from Angkor Wat in Cambodia. This old lady was selling incense at the foot of a huge Buddha. She has no hands, but has the most beautiful smile!

This photo is all about protecting your young. I shot it at Kruger National Park in South Africa last September.

Hey Phil

Thats an awesome shot. I am from south africa and have spent many good times in Kruger. Olifants camp is the best to see the elephants, was that where you saw these two?

Thanks for your contribution, lets see what other booties have to offer.

Thanks trekker. Although Olifants was our favorite camp the ellie photo above was taken around Shingwedzi. So. Africa is fabulous.
You must have had many great sightings.

It's not exactly 'inspirational' but I do think this photo I snapped in Prague tells a story.

Here's my favorite kid one... remember when falling was part of the fun and not just embarassing?:

And then this one I like to have around to inspire me to RELAX:

I LOVE the elephant shot! My favorite animal, and it's just so sweet holding its baby under its trunk. Aww...

Some great photos here! Love the elephants and gondolas especially!

I took this one at the Singapore Zoo. I think there could be many stories in it.

This mans' name is Csabay and his hospitality was never ending. We were in Budapest for just a few days and he treated us like his own family everyday. He spoke no english but we understood through his hugs and generous offerings the kindness of Hungarians.

I think this pretty much captures the madness that is volunteering at an orphanage in Kathmandu
