Has any one had a problem with obtaining a Kenyan visa on arrival at Nairobi. And obtaining a Tanzania visa at the Kenyan border. I don't have time to go thru the passport mailing procedure to get them before I leave.

You will not have any problem. I have done it countless times. Just bring US dollars.
