Where is this place?
As requested, a new quiz.
I will try not to make them too hard.
OFFICIAL RULES:
*If there is no current photo being shown, you may post one (the Host). Do not Host while another photo is in play. It just creates confusion. If a DING DING DING has not been awarded, assume the game is still in play. Photos may be your own or the work of others.
*The person to correctly guess the last photo gets first crack at hosting the next one. If the player does not have a photo it is polite for he/she to open it up for someone else to post a photo. If the correct guesser passes up hosting than it is open for anyone to post.
*It is up to the discretion of the photo Host the level of specificness of the answer. As much or as little as you like. But, if you choose to make it too difficult, you will be mocked and sworn at behind your back. And possibly to your face as well. When a player answers correctly, you MUST say DING DING DING.
*Googling answers is ok, however it is bad form to immediately go to Google. Allow play to commence on its own before immediately resorting to help. Clues can be given at the discretion of the Host. Checking the properties of the link for the answer, however, is cheating. And you will be deemed a Wanker. For this reason, it is preferable to host the image somewhere that assigns a random alphanumeric name to the image (Fotothing, etc.), or change the name to something non-identifiable if you have your own hosting. When answered correctly, there will be DING DING DINGs. (From a personal standpoint, I like when people explain their rationale for why it may be a certain place, ie based on architecture, foliage, clothing style, etc. It shows you know more than just how to effectively use search strings... which is a skill of its own sometimes, but I digress...)
*It is bad form on the part of the Host to begin a round and stop paying attention to the game. Or to go to bed or otherwise leave the game, thus not being able to provide the DING DING DINGs, particularly when many are playing. It has been known to happen when only a few are playing, and gameplay is slow. It is courteous to inform the players of your departure from the game, and to check back frequently in case the correct answer has been given. Or, stop play by giving the answer.
*Bloody Hell, don't forget the damn DINGs. They make the game.
