It went really well. I was nervous about it - but once we got talking - it was kinda like talking to any other traveller - except it wasn't - it was Tony Wheeler.

Thanks for your help with questions Slip and others. You'll see your work in the final versions.

By the time that someone gets around to finally posting the interview, the only question to ask Tony Wheeler will be if his book is still in print.

Did they all have the same nose?

I just saw a great documentary on IFC about the immense popularity of nose jobs in Iran. Scholars are worried about the vanity of the youth culture and the Iranian film Industry is having a hard time finding authentic looking Iranians for their films.

Ok, back OT - any word on the posting of the interview yet?

I hear that the video segments (the interview was broken up into convenient bite-sized pieces for those with short attention spans) are being produced at this very moment.
