Just got back from a 3.5 week stay in Jamaica, studying the fascinating religion of the Rastas. It was my first Caribbean trip and, beautiful as it was, probably my last for a while. Give me something a little more foreign first. Great place, though, and friendly people.

St. Lucia is the best to visit..I know an online directory and Search Engine which is basically Caribbean based directory only and it will really help you to find the place of accommodation and places of tourist interest there. You must go through it and you will enjoy your trip there.

I spent a month on British Virgin Islands, and while it was beautiful, the sky was blue and the sun was shining. It still reeks of the upper crust, yatching set. But hey, I guess I should have expected that going to the Caribbean shouldn't I?

It's just that when you really look around, you can still see that the days of slavery will never ever be forgotton on the Islands.

I thought Dominica (not Dominican Republic as most people try to correct me :) ) was a beautiful and tourist-free island. The hiking and waterfalls were amazing. http://www.dominica.dm/site/index.cfm
We gotta go and never stop going till we get there. Where we gonna go, man? I dont know, but we gotta go.
